About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team at Medical City Sachse. This role involves representing the hospital administration and supporting the nursing staff in providing excellent patient care.

Your Responsibilities:

• Represent the hospital administration in the absence of senior leaders, promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Support the nursing staff in their daily activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Texas State RN License or a compact license is accepted.
