About the Role:

ILERWORK, a premier Mechanical Construction and Facility Services company, seeks an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in project management, looking to drive construction projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Coordinate with project teams, construction sites, and management to achieve project objectives.
* Conduct pre-job planning meetings, document results, and ensure action items are completed.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with the master project schedule.
* Establish and execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of MEP project management experience.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
