Job Summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Specialist to join our team at our Chelmsford, Massachusetts facility. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble complex electronic components using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Perform in-process inspection and self-inspection to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into assemblies
  • Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and blueprints for standard and complex products
  • Use Loctite, epoxy, and other compounds as required by the assembly process steps
  • Handle ESD sensitive material and equipment
  • Be cross-trained and perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; vocational high school or technical diploma preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in micro assembly or mechanical assembly; related experience a plus
  • Ability to work 8 hours under the microscope using miniaturized hand tools
  • Good computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Commitment to learn and develop new skills
  • Security clearance required (application will be done through ADI)
