Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Specialist to join our team at our Chelmsford, Massachusetts facility. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble complex electronic components using a variety of tools and equipment
- Perform in-process inspection and self-inspection to ensure quality and accuracy
- Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into assemblies
- Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized
- Follow written and verbal instructions and blueprints for standard and complex products
- Use Loctite, epoxy, and other compounds as required by the assembly process steps
- Handle ESD sensitive material and equipment
- Be cross-trained and perform other related duties as required
- High school diploma required; vocational high school or technical diploma preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in micro assembly or mechanical assembly; related experience a plus
- Ability to work 8 hours under the microscope using miniaturized hand tools
- Good computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to learn and develop new skills
- Security clearance required (application will be done through ADI)
