Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operator to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic components and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Perform in-process inspection and self-inspection to ensure quality standards
  • Handle ESD sensitive material and equipment with care
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field preferred
  • Strong soldering skills per IPC-610
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and documentation
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
