Job Title: Licensed Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Christopher Lee. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our local business by engaging with current clients and building strong relationships in the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize agency files
  • Use agency CRM systems to document every interaction with every customer every time
  • Run weekly and daily audits as directed to work cancellation lists, win-back lists, premium increase lists, and other renewal lists
  • Answer incoming calls expeditiously and courteously and direct them to the appropriate person promptly and efficiently
  • Receives and processes insurance payments
  • Receives and processes endorsements in an expeditious and efficient manner
  • Document everything in CRM 100% of the time
Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in customer care
  • Prior insurance experience required
  • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus)
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently as well as a team
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
