Director of Strategic Partnerships

Are you passionate about the beverage industry and looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth? We are seeking a Beverage Category Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and supporting sales initiatives at key strategic customers. You will partner with customers to identify category growth opportunities and provide tailored recommendations, leveraging data into meaningful and actionable insights that drive brand and category growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics and insights, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing trusting partnerships with key decision makers, actively leading and participating in preparation of line reviews and ongoing customer meetings, and leveraging data and insight into compelling sales stories. You will also be responsible for development and delivery of visually engaging customer-specific presentations and managing ongoing reporting and ad hoc analysis needs for the team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $78,668 - $90,071 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
