- Audit lead data in the CRM to ensure up-to-date customer details for effective follow-up and recordkeeping.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, address any questions, and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed on new products, market trends, and certifications to maintain expert knowledge and provide customers with current information.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, education, or formal sales training. Familiarity with VinSolutions CRM is advantageous, as well as sales experience in Ford, CDJR, or GMC vehicle lines.
