Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Licensing Specialist to join our team at EBlock Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for registering vehicles, assigning registration numbers, and maintaining accurate records. As an Automotive Licensing Specialist, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

About the Role:
  • Registers vehicles upon delivery to EBlock Flint and marks them for the weekly auction.
  • Assigns registration numbers to vehicles and reassigns them for the next sale date set up.
  • Completes bi-weekly inventory checks of vehicles on the lot.
  • Maintains communication with the Registration Department and reports any noticeable damage.
  • Keeps the office and check-in lanes clean and presentable.
  • Ensures the smooth flow of vehicles through the check-in process.

Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver license and safe driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of iPhone iOS (preferred).
