We offer a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women's-focused programs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical assessments, initial H&Ps within 24 hours of admission, follow-ups, and patient discharges.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and medical issues.
- Participate in treatment team meetings to contribute insights into the patient's medical condition(s), discuss treatment options, and ensure that the overall care plan is comprehensive and cohesive.
- Co-manage patients with complex medical comorbidities during their length of stay, alongside Psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and support staff.
- Provide medical education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications that may impact overall health.
- Provide medical consults as needed in the General Adult units, Mission Resiliency Program (military, veterans, etc.), and Detox/SUD units.
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary range: $140,000-$180,000
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

- Malpractice insurance covered.
- 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
- 5 CME days + reimbursable expenses.
- Full-time, employed W-2 position.
Requirements
- Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
- Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.
- Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
- Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
- Required Experience: 3+ years of prior work experience in a clinical NP/PA role required (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
