Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment and general building maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Work independently to maximize machine uptime and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly work area and shop at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
  • Ability to work any shift and weekends as scheduled.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating forklift and scissor lift safely.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

Work will be performed inside and outside of the plant as needed, subject to hazards of maintenance duties and varying temperature.
