Job Overview

Warren Oil Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to maintain the grounds of our properties using hand or power tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools and equipment.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including pressure washing, assisting environmental technicians, and trash collection.
  • Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge trimmers.
  • Power wash exterior surfaces as part of facility housekeeping.
  • Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to identify errors or defects.
  • Pick up debris and collect garbage from exterior trash cans on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

This position spends most work hours outside, subject to all types of weather, noise, and temperatures. Protective equipment will be provided when working with hazardous materials.
