Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team at Innovatus Technology Consulting. This role involves working on IT projects, conducting requirements analysis, and providing guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in IT projects, working with Portfolio Management to conduct requirements analysis and develop new or improve techniques and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks of a project, ensuring successful completion within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
- Conduct systems analysis and design, network services, database planning and design, conversion and implementation support, project management, and data/records management.
- Interpret strategic requirements and provide guidance on strategic issues.
- Perform highly complex analyses to resolve complex problems and improve project outcomes.
- Interface with clients daily to understand their needs and provide project updates.
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in IT projects, Portfolio Management, and conducting requirements analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks of a project.
- Experience in developing new or improving techniques and procedures related to systems and operations.
- Strong background in systems analysis and design, network services, database planning and design, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform highly complex analyses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with DoD and military environments is a plus.
