At Harmony Senior Services, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Move-In Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist new residents with the move-in process, including completing required documentation and residency agreements

• Coordinate preparation of selected apartments to ensure they're ready for move-in

• Communicate with managers to ensure timely completion of move-ins and potential move-outs

• Conduct tours of the community and answer inquiry calls when the marketing team is unavailable

• Provide move-in paperwork to the Business Office Manager and Health Care Coordinator for resident file setup

• Follow up with new residents and their families weekly for the first month of residency to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Three years' experience working in senior care preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and complete projects on time

• Ability to establish relationships and connections with prospective residents, employees, community resource groups, and management team

• Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency in computer programs

• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25lbs
