Casting Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Casting Associate to join our team at the Anna Engine Plant. As a Casting Associate, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Assemble or manufacture units in a production environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and problem-solving safety, quality, cost, and/or delivery items

Requirements

• Must have at least 12 months of manufacturing experience in the past 5 years
• Casting experience preferred
• Understand verbal and written directions
• Ability to problem-solve in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain 99% attendance
• Ensure quality throughout the production process
• Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed
• Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending

Pay and Shifts

$24.65 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift $1.10 per hour

Available shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift
