We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Care Coordinator to join our team on a 3rd shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our geriatric residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role

This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with our caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have valid state licensure for LPN certification and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
