About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Infusion Coordinator to join our team in Yuma, AZ. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with patients receiving ambulatory infusion treatments and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients receiving ambulatory infusion treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on self-care and disease management.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document all interactions and interventions in patient records.

Requirements:

  • A valid RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to recognize and direct information to appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Computer skills, including word processing and efficient use of internet and email.
