About the Role

Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression for our patients
  • Check patients in, obtain required documents, and collect co-payments
  • Verify insurance coverage and respond to patient billing inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Answer telephones, prepare new patient charts, and scan documents
Requirements
  • Insurance verification experience required
  • Dental office experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
