We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to enhance and optimize our grocery Distribution Center (DC) supply chain operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our grocery offerings are delivered to customers as swiftly as possible, whether they are shopping in-store or ordering online.

As the demand for ultra-fast delivery escalates, our Distribution Centers play a crucial role in facilitating cost-effective sourcing, storage, and replenishment of products for our fulfillment centers and retail locations. Our mission is to support the scalable growth of rapid delivery while maintaining high standards of stock availability, quality, and selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the regional execution of the supply chain from DC to fulfillment centers, focusing on essential metrics such as DC stock levels, transportation costs, and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with various Amazon teams, including Grocery Retail, DC Operations, technology partners, and Finance, to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve operational goals.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative processes and technology solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and scalability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives using data-driven metrics
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, multiple criteria lookups)
  • Experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $77,200 to $141,500, depending on geographic location and job-related experience.
