Job Overview

Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions, seeks a skilled Logistics Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of shipments, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with the purchasing team to maintain high-quality supply chain management.

Estimated Salary Range

$17.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Validating all incoming shipments to ensure supplier paperwork matches physical items received.
  • Resolving discrepancies with the purchasing team in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in logistics, material management, or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

While not required, candidates with experience in logistics, material management, or supply chain will be given preference.
