Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager, Leadership Giving to lead the creation and execution of strategies to recruit and steward members of our Leadership Giving groups, including Chairman's Club, Impact Circle, and Leadership Circle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual goals for Chairman's Club, Impact Circle, and Leadership Circle, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, growth, and engagement.
  • Manage volunteer steering committees and work closely with the Senior Director and Advancement team to implement strategies.
  • Design and execute innovative donor engagement and stewardship programs to optimize donor experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Advancement team to ensure coordination of fundraising efforts and represent Leadership Giving groups to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Manage administrative duties necessary for the efficient management of Chairman's Club, Impact Circle, and Leadership Circle volunteer groups and committees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and volunteer management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams.
  • Knowledge of United Way's work in the Greater Houston area and ability to communicate its positive community impact.
