Job Title: Vendor Relationship Specialist

At CosmoProf, we are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the Business: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with vendors to identify opportunities and implement initiatives.
  • Grow Team and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Grow Yourself: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on project management and operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:

The Vendor Relationship Specialist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to vendor locations and industry events. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
