Position Overview

Compensation: $17.38 USD Gross per hour

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work under the guidance of the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager to assist guests in selecting products with a friendly and professional demeanor. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing cash register operations.
  • Accurately processing financial transactions.
  • Utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist guests.
  • Taking charge of operations in the absence of supervisory staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to the hotel's service standards at all times.
  • Providing guests with comprehensive knowledge of daily activities, in-house groups, and resort services.
  • Greeting all customers warmly and bidding them farewell.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products available in retail outlets.
  • Encouraging guests to consider additional products to enhance their experience.
  • Understanding the operation and maintenance of relevant equipment and software.
  • Performing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prioritizing and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Delivering consistent and personalized service.
  • Adhering to service commitments and core values.
  • Meeting required skill levels for safe and effective job performance.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure accuracy, speed, and courtesy.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
  • Restocking merchandise displays as needed.
  • Effective verbal communication with guests and over the phone.
