We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutrition Therapist to join our team at Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans of care for each resident.
  • Provide expert nutritional counseling to residents and their families, promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition therapy, applying evidence-based practices to improve resident outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or eligible for registration.
  • Experience in long-term care (LTC) settings and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
