Nutrition Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Ocean County Visits team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide expert nutrition therapy to clients in their homes, promoting healthy living and disease management.
Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and education to clients and their families.
- Develop and implement effective nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
- Document client progress and treatment plans using electronic medical records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and best practices in nutrition therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the American Dietetic Association and licensure as a Registered Dietitian in the state of NJ.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
