Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our organization towards industry standards by leveraging your expertise in finance, data analysis, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and execution of an evaluation function to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs in meeting goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Influence managers and other officials to accept findings from organizational analysis, driving organizational change and improvement.
  • Develop written process improvement recommendations to align with the organization's vision, goals, policies, and objectives.
  • Identify and resolve problems in worker-flow, work methods, and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Power BI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and/or Contracts.

Federal Employment Requirements:

  • US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire.
  • Males registered or exempt from Selective Service.
  • Determined suitable for federal employment (process includes a background check and fingerprinting).
