Compensation: $10.65/Hour, Plus Tips
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Cocktail Server is tasked with greeting guests, accurately processing food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guarantee guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with detailed information about menu items, pricing, and allergens.
- Recognize and nurture relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Efficiently take and input orders into the POS system.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service of food and beverages.
- Maintain stock levels throughout the shift.
- Assist with furniture arrangements as directed by management.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including state and federal liquor laws.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Complete cash-out procedures with precision.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Possession of required state work cards.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of beverages and spirits.
- Understanding of sanitation and safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
