Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to customer requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
  • Verify customers' ages and ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring consumption and intervening as needed.
  • Communicate with food and beverage management to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure a clean and sanitary bar service area.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail ingredients, and beverage offerings, including Nobu's signature drinks.
  • Provide suggestive selling and complete special assignments as requested by upper management.
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
