Responsabilités

Développe et analyse proactivement des indicateurs de performance financière clés en termes de rentabilité, de performance par rapport au budget et de tendances, afin de recommander des actions correctives. Coordonne et dirige la préparation du budget et des prévisions financières, et met en place et maintient d'autres procédures de planification et de contrôle. Aide les départements à respecter le budget et dispense des formations sur le budget et l'analyse si nécessaire. Apporte son aide sur des projets spéciaux tels que l'évaluation de nouvelles opportunités commerciales potentielles et l'élaboration de proformas et de plans d'affaires connexes. Utilise divers outils et technologies de gestion pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration au sein de l'organisation. Qualifications

Formation et expérience minimales requises :

Diplôme de premier cycle dans un domaine connexe. Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en comptabilité et en finance dans une grande organisation, dont au moins trois ans dans le secteur de la santé. Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience managériale requise.
