• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-notch service.
• Ensure that quality control measures are followed consistently and that the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Provide clear direction to the team and ensure that they are working together to achieve business goals.

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability with the capacity to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to increase sales and service results.
