Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Directing Visitors: Maintain employee and department directories, providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintaining Security: Follow established procedures to monitor the logbook, issue visitor badges, and maintain a secure environment.
  • Telecommunications: Operate the house phone and console according to manufacturer's instructions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean reception area, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent diploma required.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: COVID-19 vaccine required for all employees.
