Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Industrial Maintenance Team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, develop, and coach a team of Maintenance Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintenance and Repair: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Scheduling and Planning: Schedule and perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established safety procedures and protocols, and that all equipment is properly maintained and inspected to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Plant Management and Production Associates on the status of equipment and maintenance activities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Experience: 5 years' of Industrial Maintenance experience, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent, with technical school training or certification in a relevant field preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
