About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Industrial Maintenance Team at ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and optimize production processes
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis (JSA) documents
  • Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Manage inventory and ordering of spare parts and materials
  • Provide training and coaching to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or degree preferred
