About the Role:

The MACHINISTS INSTITUTE is seeking a highly skilled Director of Academic Programs to lead the development and implementation of instructional directives on the strategic level. As a member of the senior leadership team, this individual will ensure programs are aligned with the organization's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and content creation of curriculum for all programs
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to ensure programming meets regional population needs
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date course catalogue
  • Develop data-driven strategies to expand programs

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Ability to recruit subject matter experts
  • Solid understanding of instructional modalities

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $115,000-$135,000 based on experience, plus generous health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, employer retirement contributions, and 401K matching, along with vacation and sick leave.
