Key Qualifications
- PhD in Real Estate or a related field
- Significant experience in academic administration, preferably as a department chair or similar role
- Strong research and teaching background, with a focus on real estate or a related area
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation
The University of Washington offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also provided.
