- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that the work environment is safe and secure.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of operators. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, working 2nd or 3rd shift, with overtime as required. The hourly pay rate is $20.69/hour, with a shift premium of $0.50/hour for 2nd shift and $0.75/hour for 3rd shift. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
