Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team at Duininck Concrete. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering concrete to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Operate a Ready-Mix Truck: Transport and deliver concrete to construction sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Follow DOT Requirements: Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers at construction sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of concrete.
  • Maintain Truck and Equipment: Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage, and maintain a clean interior and exterior truck.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Possess a valid Class A or B CDL.
  • Previous Ready Mix Experience: Have prior experience in ready mix driving or a related field.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
