Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team in Tumwater, WA. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing safe and effective exercise equipment setup and monitoring
  • Instructing patients on exercise performance and assisting with home exercise programs
  • Maintaining clinic tidiness and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly
  • Escalating patient concerns to clinicians and the Clinic Director for timely resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Healthcare experience, preferably as a Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, or in a related field
  • Customer service experience in a service industry or administrative role
