We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at MedAdventures in an outpatient orthopedic setting. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, helping them regain strength, mobility, and overall function through personalized physical therapy treatments.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic outpatient patients.
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A valid Physical Therapist license in the state is required.
  • A strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment is necessary.
