Senior Renewables Engineering Market Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Renewables Engineering Market Leader to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our Energy sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the renewables energy market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our presence in the renewables energy market.
- Lead a team of engineers and technical experts to deliver high-quality projects and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in the engineering consulting industry with a strong focus on renewables energy and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven track record of business growth and development in the renewables energy market.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
