We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team at Higheredmilitary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and future customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers to provide details on our service portfolio
- Onboard new customers and assist with outreach to cyber range users and other stakeholders
- Respond to incoming questions and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with and lead outreach and business development initiatives
- Work effectively in a distributed team environment and adapt quickly to changing environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in common office productivity software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in providing high-quality customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working efficiently without close supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar Customer Service Management software
- Experience using Banner or other invoicing software
- Experience in negotiating software agreements
- Comfortable working with information technology systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume incidents environment
- Experience with competitive formal and informal purchasing processes
- Experience with contract management system(s) such as Cobblestone
- Experience with contract administration and associated responsibilities
