  • Experience in negotiating software agreements
  • Comfortable working with information technology systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume incidents environment
  • Experience with competitive formal and informal purchasing processes
  • Experience with contract management system(s) such as Cobblestone
  • Experience with contract administration and associated responsibilities
