Nurse Resident Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Resident in our Progressive Care Track. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or new RN to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our intermediate or transitional level step-down units at our Newark or Wilmington campuses. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to develop your critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or RN license from a compact state
