- Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT systems development and acquisition.
- Must have experience in program management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Must have experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Must have experience in developing and implementing acquisition plans and budgets.
- Must have experience in managing and mitigating program risks and issues.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in IT systems development and acquisition, including experience with DoD 5000 and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) programs.
