Amentum is seeking highly motivated, self-starting office professionals to support our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and files, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist with employee in- and out-processing, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols.
  • Support the management of DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs, staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the field office chief, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Draft and route correspondence, maintaining a professional tone and adhering to company standards.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS) or MyTravel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate conference room usage, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events.
  • Maintain office equipment and supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage the government timecard program (DAI), ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Receive and route office mail and correspondence, maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.
  • Manage the task management (CATMS) system, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the execution of the office training program, ensuring employees receive necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Input and manage data bases as directed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • May be required to lift general office items (20-30lbs) and work in an office environment with occasional local travel within the U.S.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of experience related to the requirements.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills, as well as a good command of the English Language.
  • Intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work with teams and independently, with occasional telework dependent on government needs.
  • U.S. driver's license and capability to operate government vehicles.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS) and timekeeping management program.
  • DCSA and DoD work experience.
  • Knowledge of operating office equipment (fax, copy machine).

Compensation & Benefits:

HIRING HOURLY RANGE:
$24.04-$26.45 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

This is an in-office position, with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting up to 20-30 lbs., constant sitting while using a computer, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities to communicate, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
