Job Summary

The Defense Security Service is seeking a highly skilled Management and Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate, you will play a critical role in providing valuable input and analysis to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program management support to the Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate, including coordinating staff actions, preparing briefs, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the planning, programming, policy, and contract management of the CI & Insider Threat Directorate, Office of Counterintelligence.
  • Develop and implement program management actions in support of the Office of Counterintelligence's long-range strategic plan and mission analysis.
  • Author and maintain the Office of Counterintelligence strategy, and assist senior leaders in developing implementation plans.
  • Collect and analyze metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate the directorate's success in achieving its goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Directly applicable experience in program management, analysis, and coordination.
  • Knowledge of technical and operational issues relating to CI and insider threat.
  • Familiarity with security, information security, and assurance, critical infrastructure protection, and risk management as they relate to DOD and its components.
  • Strong planning and evaluating skills, including the ability to determine objectives and strategies, coordinate with other parts of the organization, and monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational awareness, interpersonal skills, and creative thinking skills.
