We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a clinical pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized drug therapy regimens based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Review and accurately interpret medication orders to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
- Dispense and compound medications in accordance with good pharmaceutical practice and department policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and minimize medication errors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research to provide evidence-based care.
- Pharmacist license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certifications (if required by state or employer).
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- No experience required, but strong clinical skills and knowledge are essential.
