Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates communication among clinic staff as necessary
- Delivers messages with accuracy and promptness
- Manages patient check-out processes following examinations
- Coordinates follow-up appointments for patients

- Maintains the waiting area and ensures supplies are stocked
- Organizes testing and referral appointments
- Assists physicians with correspondence
- Complies with confidentiality regulations

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
