We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit at Sovah Health - Danville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including arrhythmias, respiratory distress, and renal failure.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

- A $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs.
- A shift differential of $4 for 2nd shift and evenings, and $1 for weekends.

- A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Experience in clinical area preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
