About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit team at Sovah Health - Danville. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac and respiratory issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, including telemetry monitoring and management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelors degree preferred).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience in clinical area preferred.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
