About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and utilizing your specialized skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to identify and address patient needs, and to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures

Requirements
  • A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
  • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience in clinical area preferred
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
