As a registered nurse (RN) in our Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our patients' treatment plans.

Department/Unit Summary

Our 6A department is a unique blend of Telemetry and Progressive Care, with 36 physical beds. We see patients with a range of conditions, including chest pain, arrhythmias, post-cardiac catheterization, respiratory distress, renal failure, and surgical patients with significant cardiac histories. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include American Heart Association Basic Life Support and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Experience in clinical area preferred.
